Rather than pulling from the energy of the planet, this act is a suffusing of my own strong emotions into another person. Further, rather than making the other person simply feel the same emotion, the goal is to imbue them with the result of my emotion. For example, when Skyler is stuck in an emotional shell (such as when she feels trapped), I can embrace her and fill myself with strong feelings of love to imbue her with the result of acceptance, warmth, and reassurance. To accomplish this, ensure that a strong relationship with the other person is present. Next, ask for their permission to embrace them. Only with consent will the suffusing work. Proceed to fill up with the emotion intended to produce the needed feelings—not the needed feelings themselves—and focus on it and them while embracing. If all goes well, the other person will soon pull away feeling the intended reaction to the emotion. They should pull away at their own pace and be in full control for the best result.
